  • To Supervise the Sales Rep. / Distributors / Dealers / retailers / to help them achieve
  • Sales Target (Secondary)
  • Other Field Capability Scores like Strike Rate, ECO, Placement etc
  • Monthly activation and login target targets
  • To Supervise Sales rep., dealers and distributors retailers to ensure
  • Maintenance of Permanent Journey Plan or Distribution Route plan.
  • Proper utilization of merchandising materials at POS
  • Maintain the standard of all sorts of POSM
  • Financial and sales reconciliation and commission claim settlement.
  • To train and develop current and new Distributors sales representative and.
